One of the claims includes a leak that I have had from the upstairs master bathroom shower. I called multiple times and Stephen Elliott sent a plumber who just did a quick check and the drywall was repaired a couple of times because it leaked down into the living room. The tile company did come find the issue and repaired it. Now I'm having extreme difficulty getting Stephen Elliott to send someone to repair and paint the drywall. I have had the tile company reach out to them, I have reached out to the builder supervisor multiple times and I have even spoken to the owner's son multiple times and no one is responding.
I didn't want gray and would not settle as had I known that before they would not have even been an option to purchase from in the beginning. Gray was non negotiable and a choice from the start. Since then I have terminated my contract and they will not return my 4k in earnest money stating that they had options. I am requesting my earnest money back in full as this was no fault of my own. Stephen Elliott has failed to complete the claims from my warranty from when I purchased the home.

We just want the issue resolved in a professional manner. We've tried to go through warranty and speak with the builder, but the issue is still unresolved. I went under contract for the Wendell property with Stephen Elliott Homes and prior to going under contract I spoke with Thandi specifically about the gray floors in the floorplan located in Ellenwood. Not only were gray floors in Ellenwood but also in model home in Covington.
